Why is Dandy on the 09-10 list?
I’m not very up to date with things… did he sign a new contract? Or am I just dumb and he wasn’t even going to be a UFA

More fixes! Pleky and Latendresse are RFA, and still no news yet on them. I expect the RFAs will be done soon as it looks like Bob started on some. (Henry and Glumac for the Dogs, yay!)
